Information for international patients
Many patients travel to Istanbul for prosthetic and orthotic care. We plan your treatment before you travel so that your time in Istanbul is used efficiently.
How treatment works for international patients
- Send your information: photos of the residual limb or the area to be treated, your medical reports and a short description via WhatsApp or e-mail.
- Remote pre-assessment: our certified prosthetist-orthotists review your case and suggest suitable options.
- Visit plan: measurement, test fitting and delivery are planned with as few visits as possible; the exact timeline is confirmed after the pre-assessment.
- Fitting and training: your device is produced in our own workshop and adjusted on you; you receive training on use and care.
- Follow-up: after you return home we continue to support you on WhatsApp.
Our clinic is in Kadıköy on the Asian side of Istanbul, a short walk from Söğütlüçeşme Marmaray and Metrobus station, with easy access from both Istanbul airports. Address: Osmanağa Mah., Vişne Sok. No:46, Kadıköy, İstanbul.
What to send us
- Photos of the residual limb or the area to be treated (front, side, back)
- Medical reports, X-rays or scans if available
- Your current prosthesis or orthosis, if you have one
- Your goals: walking distance, work, sport, daily activities
